I once won a ‘free photoshoot’ and was over the moon, I was a student at the time and simply could not afford a family photoshoot, except it turns out it wasn’t free, when I called to book in this shoot I was told that while we wouldn’t pay for the actual photo shoot, we would have to pay for the images.

I hung up feeling embarrassed that I had to tell them I could not afford it, and then I felt angry that the actual terms had not been laid out clearly in the first place.

When I decided to offer wall art and prints, I decided that all pricing would be on the table from the beginning. I don’t want anyone to feel blindsided or tricked into purchasing a shoot with me.

Everything is explained from the beginning, so you can choose what feels right for you and your pet, with no surprises and no obligation to purchase anything you don't truly love.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. There is absolutely no minimum spend and no obligation to purchase anything beyond your chosen collection. My job is simply to create beautiful images of your pet and help you choose what you love. Whether that's a few digital files or a statement piece for your home, we have session types for both options

  • Both- each collection is available for either dog or horse owners. If you are wanting an image with the whole family, its best to get in touch and we can arrange something

  • Absolutely. If you fall in love with more images than expected, you can purchase additional digital files, artwork, or upgrade your collection after viewing your gallery.

    It’s important to note some product pricing is an at the viewing only offer and additional viewing sessions will incur a fee.

  • No stress — most animals don't! Every session is led at your pet's pace, with plenty of breaks, treats, play, and patience. I work with pets of all ages, personalities, and energy levels, and some of my favourite portraits come from the moments in between.

  • Of course! Your bond with your pet is part of their story, and you're always welcome to step in for a few portraits together.

  • Each collection includes up to two dogs or horses from the same household. If you have a larger furry family, just let me know and we can discuss the best option.

  • The session fee covers the admin time, consult call/ emails and the actual shoot time and editing. This is why its priced as a stand alone fee.

  • 1-2 hour pet-led session with breaks for up to 2 dogs from the same house hold.

  • Lead-on safety with halter/lead removal in retouching if required

  • In person reveal; master retouching on purchased images
